About Us
Established by Allison Miller in 2013, our philosophy is to introduce children and adults to a sport that promotes strong psychological and physiological development.
Tennis, particularly the ANZ Hot Shots program, provides physical benefits developing hand eye coordination, gross and fine motor control, balance and body coordination while building acceleration, speed, leg strength, agility and flexibility. It also teaches children to develop skills and strategies that they can use on and off the court. They also develop social skills, playing as a team in doubles and communicating with team mates and opponents.
The staff at Set4Tennis constantly update their knowledge of the latest coaching information by attending courses, workshops and conferences.
Set4Tennis fosters a welcoming environment for all their students to come along have fun and play a sport that is for life and offers incredible health and developmental benefits.
