What should I bring to class?
Students are asked to bring a racquet and a water bottle to each class.
If your child does not have their own racquet they are able to borrow one from us for the duration of their class.
Can I buy equipment from Set4Tennis?
Set4Tennis have junior head racquets available to purchase from the club.
Please talk to your coach who will advise you on the size and assist with purchase.
New students can register with Tennis Australia to receive a free Hot Shots t-shirt and more. Visit hotshots.tennis.com.au/register
What happens if I miss a class?
We are unable to offer credits or make up classes for missed lessons.
Make up lessons will be offered for lessons lost due to wet weather/pandemic lockdown.
What is your wet weather policy?
Sometimes we may have to cancel lessons due to wet weather. Wet weather cancellation notifications will be delivered by text as early as possible by our office. If you have not received a text message the lesson will proceed.
Where possible, customers will be eligible for make up classes for lessons that have been cancelled by Set4Tennis due to wet weather.
Can I get a refund?
Please note that there is no refund for missed lessons or cancellation of term enrolment.
Set4Tennis Policies
Basis of Agreement and Definitions
1.1 Any person (“the Client) participating in any services offered by Set4Tennis shall be taken by such participation to have consented to the Terms and Conditions below.
Any reference to “Set4Tennis” includes its business, directors, employees, consultants, staff and agents. Any reference to “physical activity” or “activity” includes but is not limited to exercise sessions with a Set4Tennis employee, i.e, a group coaching class, private coaching along with any other services provided to the participant by Set4Tennis.
The Client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to inform their medical advisor of their intention to participate in the Program, and warrants that by their participation that they do so in accordance with the advice of their medical practitioner.
The Client acknowledges that the Program and any exercises carries risks of injury and that they shall not hold Set4Tennis responsible as a result of any injuries sustained directly or indirectly to themselves or any other person during or after the Program.
The Client acknowledges that they have informed Set4Tennis in writing of any condition (medical or otherwise) that would affect their ability to engage in any physical activity or the Program offered by Set4Tennis and that they will inform Set4Tennis in writing of any changes to their circumstances.
The Client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to inform their medical practitioner prior to engaging in the Program on the premises of Set4Tennis.
The Client acknowledges that during the conduct of the Program some physical contact may occur between the Client and members of Set4Tennis and/or other members of the Program and consents to that contact being made.
The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for any damage caused to the facilities or equipment of Set4Tennis as a result of their willful act or negligence.
New Enrolments
If you are enrolling for the first time please complete the enrolment form and select your preferred lesson time and day and we will endeavour to get back to you within 2 business days confirm your selection.
Re-Enrolment
Current participants enrolled in tennis lessons are given priority for the next term. All participants must notify us of their intention to re-enrol for the following term.
To confirm the enrolment, payment must be made by the due date.
PLEASE NOTE: If payment is not received by the due date, your place in the program may be lost.
Pricing
All prices quoted for goods and services include GST, unless otherwise specified.
Set4Tennis from time to time, vary its prices to take account of, amongst other things, any change in the cost of providing the goods and services. This will not affect services that have been purchased prior to change.
Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is required by the start of the new term. If the terms of the account exceed 7 days from the Invoice Payment Due Date, a $15 late payment fee will apply.
No refunds will be given for cancellation of term enrolment or non-attendance at group, semi-private or private lessons.
Wet Weather Policy
Sometimes we may have to cancel lessons due to wet weather. Wet weather cancellation notifications will be delivered by text as early as possible by our office. If you have not received a text message the lesson will proceed.

Missed Lessons Policy
Credits or make up lessons will not be issued for missed classes – with the exception of lessons cancelled by Set4Tennis due to wet weather or pandemic lockdown.
Disclaimer
The Client acknowledges that Set4Tennis reserves the right to cancel, update or vary the Program, including but not limited to, timing, venues, terms, prices, fees, format or instructors in relation to its services without notice at its sole discretion.
The Client acknowledges and accepts all of the conditions contained herein, and forever releases, discharges and indemnifies Set4Tennis from any loss caused to any party in relation to a claim regarding breach of these Terms and Conditions.
The Client agrees to any official photography, and use of images by Set4Tennis for professional purposes. Notification must be given in writing if you do not consent to any form of photography.
By enrolling for lessons with Set4Tennis you consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of my personal information in accordance with the tennis privacy statement and the tennis privacy policy, which contains information about how I may access and seek correction of my personal information, how I can complain about a breach of my privacy, and how the complaint will be dealt with.
