Pricing: All quoted prices for goods and services include GST unless stated otherwise. Set4Tennis reserves the right to adjust prices to account for changes in the cost of providing goods and services. This will not affect services purchased before the change.

Payment & Refund Policy: Full payment is due by the start of the new term. Accounts exceeding 7 days from the invoice due date will incur a $15 late payment fee. No refunds will be issued for term enrolment cancellation or non-attendance at group, semi-private, or private lessons.

Wet Weather Policy: Lesson cancellations due to wet weather will be communicated via text. Make-up classes may be offered for lessons cancelled by Set4Tennis due to wet weather.

Missed Lessons Policy: No credits or make-up lessons will be issued for missed classes, except for lessons cancelled by Set4Tennis due to wet weather or pandemic lockdown.

Parental Involvement Policy: At Set4Tennis, creating a positive learning environment is paramount. We request parents and guardians to follow these guidelines

Attendance and Punctuality: Ensure your child arrives promptly for lessons to maintain the session's flow.

On-Court Policy: Parents are not allowed on the court during lessons to uphold a focused learning environment.

Observation Areas: Designated observation areas are provided for parents to watch lessons comfortably without entering the court.

Feedback During Lessons: Refrain from giving feedback or coaching instructions during lessons to avoid confusion and disruptions.

Communicating with Coaches: Address concerns or feedback directly with coaching staff before or after lessons.
